Toxic Avenger Part II, The

It does seem that this release contains the uncut version. It was released on VHS locally in a censored version, but has appeared overseas on DVD uncut. The reviewer reports that the wheelchair disembowlling scene is explicit on this Region 4 disc. (Rod W.)
