Doom: Extended Edition (HD DVD)

The extended R2 PAL DVD runs to 108:08. This HD DVD runs to 112:36 at we assume 60hz out of the player, making it the same uncensored version compared to the shorter theatrical print. The variable HD image quality seen here may have resulted from the use of this extended version as the source print rather than the theatrical version. Of course, this last point is pure speculation.
