This is the first in a series of underwater explorations with the new Jacques Cousteau, Frank Gioddio. In the ancient harbour of Alexandria, Egypt, he discovers the island of Antihorros from where Cleopatra ruled Egypt and died with Mark Antony. Searching for her mausoleum in the shallow waters, his high-tech mapping has already discovered the ancient cobbled streets of her luxury island, pristine sphinxes, and a statue of Cleopatra as Isis, an Egyptian goddess. This discovery may shed light on this queen who ruled a major part of the ancient world.
