From amidst the turmoil comes an idea to bring peace: a concert featuring one time legend and rebel musician, now prisoner, Jack Fate (Bob Dylan). It is an ambitious idea, full of promise and hope. But as Jack makes the journey from his prison cell across the country to the stage, the project becomes more tenuous and completely fraught with danger. With a soundtrack that features the Dylan classics 'The Times They Are A'Changing' and 'Blowing in the Wind' together with live performances by Bob Dylan and his band of 'Down in the Flood', 'Diamond Joe', 'Dixie' and 'I'll Remember You".
