If you create a user account, you can add your own review of this DVD Made in 1939 "Jamaica Inn" was the last film Hitchcock made in England before heading for America. Often overlooked as one of his lesser-known works the film is worthy of merit and a "must have" for any serious Hitchcock fan.

A plot full of intrigue and suspense revolves around a young woman who finds herself on the Cornish coast living at Jamaica Inn with her aunt and uncle. The quiet country inn is actually the focal point for a gang of pirates. Mary soon finds herself tangled up in a life-threatening web of deception where nothing is what it seems to be.
