Kong is a deaf mute living with his partner Joe. Together, they work as hitmen in the tough Bangkok streets.

Kong meets a girl named Fon, and soon they fall in love. Perhaps this is a chance for Kong to leave behind the seedy world of his past.

A series of violent events push Kong to seek brutal revenge on his criminal overlords- events that may force him to pay a price that's greater than any other.
