Beverly D'Angelo (NATIONAL LAMPOON'S VACATION) stars as Pixie, the perfect Beverly Hills housewife by day-and prehistoric flying reptile by night. Life seems idyllic for Pixie: a wonderful home, a devoted husband and loving children. Her life is turned upside down when her paleontologist husband, Dick, and his colleague uncover an ancient burial site and evoke the wrath of an eccentric witchdoctor (Brion James). The witchdoctor threatens to put "The Curse of the Pterodactyl" on his wife. Ignoring the warnings, Dick forges ahead - only to seal Pixie's fate.
