In the grim, post-apocalyptic, dystopian future of the year 2000 the TC Corporation wants to demolish Manhattan Island to build an ultra-modern city and plan to relocate the gangs that rule Manhattan to New Mexico. At least that is what they say publicly, but have instead brought in an armed Disinfestant Squad to exterminate the gangs. For leadership, the local rebels look to Toblerone (Antonio Sabato), who, instead of relying solely on his inspiring name, strikes an alliance with attractively coifed Bronx warrior Trash (Mark Gregory). United under these two leather clad, headband wearing nomadic street soldiers, the gangs are fighting back! A suspicious newswoman Moon sneaks in and meets Trash and convinces them they could bargain if they had a hostage. So Trash, with the help of a thief and his pyromaniac son, kidnap the corporation president. But this sparks off a war between the Disinfestants and Gangs resulting in an explosive packed, violence filled adventure to free the Bronx from corporate oppression of office buildings and luxury hotels.
