Loraine Rushton is the creator of Zenergy Yoga 4 Kids, a unique programme designed to introduce the benefits of Yoga and Meditation at an early age in a playful and fun way. Loraine has trained in Ryoho and Ki therapeutic yoga in Australia and Ishta Yoga and Meditation in New York with Alan Finger. She combines her passion for teaching with her love of yoga and meditation and now passes this information on in her kids teacher training programmes. Loraine has been at the forefront of kids yoga in Australia and has been instrumental in bringing Yoga onto the curriculum in many school in Sydney. Loraine continues to study under Alan Finger, who has provided the meditation content of this DVD. Qualifications: Diploma Ki Yoga, Diploma Ishta Yoga & Meditation, Diploma Zen Shiatsu, Diploma Marma therapy.
