Adventures of Barry McKenzie, The (Umbrella, Single Disc)
Reviled by the critics! Adored by fair-dinkum Aussies!

In this fan-bloody-tastic classic, Australia’s favourite wild colonial boy, Barry McKenzie, journeys to the old country accompanied by his Aunt Edna Everage to take a Captain Cook and further his cultural and intellectual education.

Faster than a rat up a drainpipe, Bazza heads for Earls Court to catch up with a bonzer bunch of ex-pat bastards - and from there rampages through London, cracking tubes, parking the tiger, pointing percy, flashing the nasty and handing out knuckle-sandwiches to the unsuspecting Poms – who wouldn’t even know a tram was up ‘em ‘till the bell rang!

Barry Humphries, Barry Cocker, Spike Milligan and Peter Cook star in this groundbreaking flick that captured Bazza’s celebrated yawn in glorious technicolor and put the Oz fillum industry on the map!

Umbrella Entertainment is patriotically proud to present THE ADVENTURES OF BARRY McKENZIE splashing across the screen UNCUT, UNCENSORED and in WIDESCREEN for the first time in over 35 years. You beauty!

Naked Bunyip, The
Graeme Blundell stars as an innocent young market researcher assigned to report on sex: He'd rather have agriculture. He looks into women's unmentionables; talks to Edna Everage, strippers, transvestites and gang bangers; considers nudity, homosexuality and prostitution. He probes Australian morality, looks at censorship - but, love plans a surprise. Barry Humphries makes a guest appearance. Malcolm Muggeridge spouts on pornography in literature. Russell Morris sings - as he undergoes a striptease. In King's Cross, Carlotta speaks movingly about her transsexual nature, and a beautiful ex prostitute bares her soul.

Confronting, titillating and controversial, the film censor demanded cuts (shown by bunyip supers and bleeps). As never before, you can see what shocked the authorities (refer 'Deleted Scenes'). The Naked Bunyip, a cult film of 1970, helped revive Australian feature production and inspire classic ocker comedies like The Adventures of Barry McKenzie and Alvin Purple (with Graeme Blundell). This 'lost' gem of Australian cinema can finally be seen in all its glory.

Turkey Shoot (Escape 2000)
After refusing to conform to the rigid, strictly ordered society of the future, Paul Anders (STEVE RAILSBACK), Chris Walters (OLIVIA HUSSEY) and Rita Daniels (LYNDA STONER) are delivered to a maximum security behaviour modification camp. They soon discover that their only chance of freedom is to survive the "Turkey Shoot", a bloody manhunt devised by ruthless camp warden Thatcher (MICHAEL CRAIG).
The odds are stacked against "the turkeys" and the hunt is on...
Who will survive this classic blood and thunder shocker?
Packed full of gratuitous splatter and lashings of nudity, "Turkey Shoot" is Aussie exploitation film making put into high-camp overdrive!

Roadgames

Harlequin (1980)

Night of Fear
Night of Fear
A deranged and reclusive stranger delights in dismembering unwary travellers and keeping company with a colony of rats fed on blood.

When a young woman crashes into one of this misfit's ghoulish traps, so begins "an unremitting avalanche of terror" (THE AUSTRALIAN) as she is relentlessly stalked and terrorized!

Unseen for over 30 years and originally branded "the film they didn't want you to see," NIGHT OF FEAR became Australia's most controversial movie of the 1970s. The film's producers fought a running, defiant battle with the censors, after initially being banned outright on the grounds of

Inn of the Damned
Inn of the Damned
On a lonely stretch of road, deep in an isolated Australian rain forest, lies an eerie, forgotten Inn. Few travellers stop there now, and those that do...disappear!

An American bounty hunter is hired to unravel the Inn's chilling secrets. He is soon confronted by its demented owners, obsessed with guarding the terrible truth within.

Action packed with sadistic violence, bare flesh and tainted sex, INN OF THE, Adventures of Barry McKenzie, The (Umbrella, Single Disc)
