The most useless cabin crew ever to push a drinks trolley… Sebastian Flight and Steve McCreacken dispense cutting comments and slapstick as they cruise the aisles on the daily grind that is the Glasgow shuttle service. Sharp, bitchy and witty, they flounce up and down the aisles bringing passengers and crew down to earth with a bump, but always managing to keep those plastic smiles in place. Between awkward spillages and hijack attempts, they bicker and discuss what they would rather be doing. Sebastian has got big dreams of glamour and fame, but all Steve wants is a girlfriend. The sad reality, however, is having to cope with their eagle-eyed boss Shona Spurtle. Meanwhile, it’s a miracle that any of them are alive at all, given that demented Captain Duff is one wing short of an aeroplane. It's BBC cult comedy of the highest caliber with THE HIGH LIFE finally available on DVD.
