Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2-Volume 3 (2006)

Nunnally has started working as the viceroy of Area 11. Refusing to be a mere figurehead, she aspires to re-establish the "Specially Administrated Zone of Japan," the cursed utopian project that once ended up wiping out thousands of innocent Japanese.

Lelouch suffers a serious existential crisis because his beloved sister - the very reason why he started his rebellion - now leads the enemy forces.
