This unique documentary follows the unsurpassed career of this legendary cricketer from his early days to his appointment as Chairman of the Australian Cricket Board and contains his first in-depth interview on camera. Also included are interviews with former Test players Bert Oldfield, Bill Brown and Neil Harvey.

THE INVINCIBLES

In 1948, seventeen Australian cricketers set sail for England to defend cricket's ultimate prize, 'The Ashes'. They played six days a week for five months and did not lose a match. They were 'The Invincibles'.

Their story is documented on this DVD, featuring archival footage and personal accounts from surviving members that recount those wonderful moments when, for the first time in history, 'The Ashes' were won by an unbeatable side.
