There are two Captain Americas. There is the dashing war hero who was turned from a feeble wimp into a legendary fighting machine, went on to become a Marvel Comic legend and there is this Captain America. The local D.A. who takes it upon himself to step into conflicts uninvited that are really none of his concern and generally create havoc and disorganization in the true Republic serial fashion. In this exciting episode Cap takes on The Scarab an evil dictator who wants to rule the world by attempting to steal Professor Lyman's Dynamic Vibrator, a weapon so powerful it can destroy a building by the use of sound waves. Only in the world of Republic serials would such a weapon be conceived in the first place, handy though it is. Captain America and The Scarab battle it out seeing who is capable of causing the most destruction. In the end the world is a much safer place. I'm not totally sure of that though.
