In the middle of the so called Colliwobbles this was the clash supercoach Tommy Hafey against his former student Tony Jewell hoped would end the Magpies' streak of seven losing Grand Finals. If that wasn't enough incentive it was Hafey's chance for revenge against the club he'd lead to four premierships in eight seasons only to effectively show him the door two years later. Trouble is the 'Pies had battled hard from fifth to make the Grand Final, the first team to do so, and would face a rampant Richmond loaded with stars at the peak of their form. The 1980 'Final Story' recounts this David and Goliath encounter which resulted in what was then a record Grand Final victory of 81 points by the Tigers over a hapless Collingwood. A Who's Who of Punt Road greats such as Francis Bourke, Jim Jess, Dale Weightman, Geoff Raines, Tony Jewell, Michael Roach and WA import, Robert Wiley, relive the Tigers' most recent Premiership triumph. They are joined by Collingwood captain Ray Shaw, Rene Kink, Billy Picken and Tom Hafey who look back at one of the darkest days in Magpie history. It's a powerful tale of betrayal, fighting against the odds and a win at all cost strategy that no true football fan will want to miss. - See more at: http://www.screenpop.com.au/dvd/the-final-story-1980-richmond-vs-collingwood/3964.html#sthash.JnQAE4GB.dpuf
