Part 1: Exercise Series & Meditation for Calmness This course of instruction includes an exercise and breath series for calmness, patience, and controlling your own emotions. You will repeat the warm up stretching series and learn and practice an anti-anxiety meditation. You will have a guided deep relaxation to soothing music and will practice healing meditation at the end of class. Part 2: Review & Meditation for Balance & Intuition This course of instruction includes a basic exercise review and explanation about the value of meditation. You will repeat the warm up stretching series and learn and practice a meditation for balance, super intuition and self-guidance. You will have guided deep relaxation to soothing music and will practice the projected healing meditation at the end of the class.
