His beautiful, unhappily married neighbour, Leigh sees an old mug shot of Frank on a "Most Wanted" TV show and, whilst he looks much different now, there's no mistaking his distinctive tattoo.

She makes the mistake of telling her slimy husband who happens to be having an affair with her sister. These two discover that the mob is offering a million dollars for Frank's whereabouts and come up with an ill-conceived plan to get away with the ransom money.

Frank rescues Leigh from her pool during a lightning storm and when a passionate affair ignites, she tells him that she knows who he is. Now the chase is on and Frank has more to lose than his life. "Federal Protection" is a brilliant action thriller that will have you on the edge of your seat.
