Street War: In the Line of Duty is a true life drama about friendship and teamwork set amidst the violent drug underworld of New York City.

Raymond Williamson (played by Mario Van Peebles - "New Jack City", "Heartbreak Ridge") and Robert Dayton (played by Michael Boatman - "Hamburger Hill") are more than just partners in the New York Police Department - they are best friends. They are the golden boys of the precinct with veteran Detectives Reilly (played by Peter Boyle - "Young Frankenstein", "Taxi Driver") and Tomasino (played by Ray Sharkey - "The Idolmakers", "Cops and Robbers") acting as their mentors. Everything in their lives seems to be going right...until one day fate places Patrolman Williamson on a collision course with death.
