In August 2002 Michael Chugg Entertainment and Jacobsen Entertainment Limited produced and promoted the concert series Long Way to the Top in arenas around Australia. Opening in Perth and then performing in Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide, Wollongong, Newcastle, Brisbane, Sydney and then returning to Melbourne more than 160,000 Australians attended the 18 sell-out concerts. The show was filmed at two of the four sell-out concerts at the Sydney Entertainment Centre on 14 and 16 September 2002.
