Meet Danny (John Cusack), he’s a responsible all-round nice guy who’s spending an idyllic holiday in the Caribbean with his girlfriend Lori (Wendy Gazelle). They’ve been planning it for months - but fate has a way of charging plans. For starters, Dan misses the plane, then in an attempt to catch up with Lori, he finds himself in even more bizarre situations: from jailbreaks to jungles and hurricanes to hijacking. His only companion is the roguish Captain MacLean.
