Faced with increasing violence in the schools of 1999, the new board of Government Education Defence places three disciplinary robot teachers in a Seattle High School. When the disciplinary actions of the teacher robots fail to subdue the unruly students, they go berserk and start killing them. In an effort to win back their school, the gangs unite in a deadly battle.
