Opinions About Specific Movies and their DVDs

Titanic I really liked Titanic at the cinema. I got caught up in all the hype and hysteria and had a great time. The disc however....lets wait and see if we get another version one day.
The Matrix One of the turning points in my cinema life. I mean, how can a Keanu Reeves film that had Damien from 'Home and Away' in it be any good?...huh?... - man was I in for a shock! Brilliant visionary film-making. The DVD is a perfect reminder of what we spend all our money on.
Terminator 2 Saw it at Doug and Don Feast's 13th Birthday and immediately loved it. One of those classic films that is a landmark in terms of technology and the way it excited both the young and the older audiences. The R1 'Ultimate Edition' is one of the best discs you can buy.
Star Wars THE film of my childhood. I am happy to see it is still kicking goals 25 years later. So far, the DVDs have been outstanding.
Godzilla Roland Emmerich and Dean Devlin should never be allowed to set foot within 5 miles of a film set. Enough said. Unfortunately, the DVD is of the highest quality.
Independence Day See 'Godzilla'.
